HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates. For more details see our Shipping Policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
1) Yes, we do offer exchanges. The customer must notify us by email of any exchanges within 3 days from the date the package was delivered. If you wish to exchange an item we will issue you a store credit that can be used towards your future purchase at any time. Once we receive your exchange item(s), please allow up to 5 business days for the exchange to be processed and completed.  
2) Please send exchange item(s) to the address listed below. The item(s) MUST BE returned in its original state (unworn, unwashed, free of scents, and tags attached) within 7 days from the date the package was delivered. If not, your exchange WILL NOT be honored. Bodysuits, swimwear, sale items, and accessories are excluded and considered FINAL sale. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are FINAL sale. For more details see our Returns/Exchanges Policy.

I NO LONGER WANT MY ITEM. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND? 
No, we do not offer refunds. You may send the item(s) back for store credit. Please note, bodysuits, swimwear, sale items, and accessories are FINAL sale and are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit. For more details see our Returns/Exchanges Policy.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS?
No, we do not offer return labels. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return any merchandise. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable service that provides proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 
No, we are very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable cancel it.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE STORE CREDIT? 
When we receive your exchange item(s) it may take up to 5 business days to process. Once your exchanged item(s) has been processed, you will receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at the time of your purchase. Please check your email inbox as well as the spam folders for the store credit code. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PRE-ORDERED ITEM(S) TO BE SHIPPED? 
Each pre-order item has a different delivery date. Please make sure you throughly read the product description before placing your order. Pre-ordered items are not applicable for express shipping. In addition, if your order contains multiple item(s) you can do split shipping. For more details see our Returns/Exchanges Policy.

CAN I MODIFY MY ADDRESS AFTER IT HAS BEEN VALIDATED? 
Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the changes to your order. We recommend that you contact us by phone during business hours at 1-855-866-7272.
