The customer can return their items within 7 days of receipt of shipment.Β However, during the holiday season, unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days of your order delivery date.
If we have not received the exchange item(s) within that time, your request for exchange/return will NOT be accepted.Β
To reiterate, we do not issueΒ refunds;Β however, youΒ can receive store credit towards a future purchase minus shipping cost. Please note, all international orders are final sale.Β

Outside The Box Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. However, if you have a claim for damaged goods or any packagingΒ errors,Β please emailΒ Β info@outsidetheboxboutique.comΒ within 48Β hours of delivery. Please include order number and picture(s) of damaged goods. Please note, inΒ the event that the item does not match the original condition, the customer will not receive a store credit.
Β The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return any merchandise. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable service that provides proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.Β
Please allow up to 7 working days from the time we receiveΒ your return for processing. An email will be sent to the address provided during purchase once your return has been processed. If you do not see the email within the timeframe stated, please check your spam/junk folders as well.

Pre-ordered items are not applicable for express shipping. Pre-ordered items are made to order therefore a 15% restocking fee is charged if you want to return for store credit.
