The customer can return their items within 7 days of receipt of shipment.Β However, during the holiday season, unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days of your order delivery date.
If we have not received the exchange item(s) within that time, your request for exchange/return will NOT be accepted.Β

Please include order number and picture(s) of damaged goods. Please note, inΒ the event that the item does not match the original condition, the customer will not receive a store credit.
Β The customer is responsible for shipping fees to return any merchandise. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable service that provides proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.Β
